It counted
with the best talent linked with Knowledge Management from the
beginning. The initial founders found KM well structured in the
scientific field, but had no traslation in the business arena.
It came the
dot- com bubble and avanzalis knowledge associates took distance
from the main stream of high tech KM solutions. We followed a wider
approach to the management discipline.
After the
buble collapse, it appeared other aproachs more close to HR points
of view as the e-learning.
With our
participation in the Know Net project inside the European Comission
programs, there were stablished the foundations of what today is our
working methodology. It is the standarization of the Strategic
Knowledge Management. It is our industry standard known as the
Holistic, Supratangible Asset Management Framework (HSTAF®).
Our aim to mantain a common practice framework inside our
organization, as a guarantee of our homogeneity around the world and
as a continuous improvement measure, has allowed us to complete our
working methodology. With it, today we are accrediting consultants
and consulting firms. Nowadays it is increasing the number of
accredited practitioners, members of our expert network.
